General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the bbkk platform and its users ("Members"). The name bbkk in this document refers to the entity operating the platform. "Service" means bbkk's website, mobile app and all gaming, betting and related activities provided through them.

"Member" means any person registered on bbkk and using the service. Accessing the platform or using any service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using bbkk's services.

bbkk's detailed information about the company is available on our About Us page. All monetary amounts mentioned in these Terms are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use bbkk's services, you must be at least 21 years old. If proof of age cannot be provided at the time of registration, the account may be closed at any time and all unprocessed funds may be forfeited.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all related accounts will be closed immediately. bbkk's services are for personal entertainment only — using an account for commercial or business purposes is prohibited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other required information. Creating an account with false or incomplete information constitutes a breach of contract and may result in account closure.

bbkk may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document for verification purposes. Some services may be restricted until this verification process is completed.

2.3 One Account Rule

1. Multiple accounts may not be created using the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method.
2. Multiple family members may register separately using different devices and identities, but the same payment method may not be used.
3. The account may only be used by the account holder — placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your bbkk account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact bbkk's support team immediately. Support is available via live chat 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bbkk is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

All deposits are verified through bbkk's security systems. bbkk may request additional information or evidence for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Before requesting a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met.

Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The withdrawal account must be registered in the member's own name and must generally match the deposit method used.

bbkk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until deposit verification is complete. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.3 Withdrawal from Bonus Balance

Before withdrawing from bonus funds, the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be fully met. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — details are discussed in section 5 below.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

bbkk offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

A bonus is not a cash gift — it is a conditional reward that converts to real money only after the specified wagering is completed.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

bbkk periodically offers weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, weekend cricket bonuses, birthday special rewards and referral rewards. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period.

• Each member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once, unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If the deadline for completing bonus wagering passes, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses may not be combined at the same time unless bbkk specifically approves it.
• bbkk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

bbkk's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier, calculated on the member's net losses. Cashback amounts are not given unconditionally — they are paid at rates set for each tier.

Moving up to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's activity and engagement with bbkk. bbkk reserves the right to withdraw or modify VIP benefits if a member's activity is not consistent with the program's terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid only after being successfully confirmed on bbkk's servers. Incomplete bets due to technical issues will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. bbkk reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect or abnormal odds.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, bbkk's decision will be considered final. bbkk uses official results from international sports bodies and data from game providers to determine outcomes. If you have an objection regarding any result, you must contact the support team within 72 hours of the result being published.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

bbkk may set maximum win limits for various games or betting markets. These limits can be found on the relevant game or betting page, or through support. bbkk is not obliged to pay winnings beyond these limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbkk and, if identified, will result in immediate account closure:

1. Strategic betting to circumvent or abuse bonus terms (bonus hunting or bonus abusing).
2. Attempting to guarantee betting outcomes by coordinating across multiple accounts belonging to yourself or multiple individuals.
3. Selling or transferring account credentials to others.
4. Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to manage games or bets.
5. Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
6. Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
7. Creating or operating an account using another person's personal information.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 bbkk's Rights

bbkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any part of these Terms.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• To ensure account security or when an investigation is required.

8.2 Member's Right to Close Account

Any member may close their account of their own accord. To do so, they must contact bbkk's support team. If there are pending withdrawals or incomplete bonus wagering at the time of the closure request, the account will be closed only after those are processed.

Limitation of Liability

bbkk strives to ensure continuity and uninterrupted availability of its services. However, services may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to technical issues, maintenance work or external causes. bbkk will not be liable for any losses arising from this.

bbkk is not directly responsible for any issues or delays with third-party payment service providers. If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or device problem, bbkk will decide according to its pre-established policy.

bbkk will not be liable in any way for indirect or consequential losses. Under any circumstances, bbkk's maximum liability will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Personal Data and Privacy

bbkk collects, stores and processes members' personal data. How this data is used, with whom it is shared and how it is kept secure is discussed in detail in bbkk's Privacy Policy.

Member data is never sold to third parties. However, data may be shared with relevant authorities when legally required or for fraud investigations. bbkk uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect data.

Responsible Gambling Policy

bbkk believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. All services on the platform are for persons aged 21 and above. bbkk actively works to protect members from the potential harms of gambling.

Members can set deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion on their accounts. Anyone experiencing financial or personal difficulties due to gambling is encouraged to contact bbkk's support team directly.

Right to Amend Terms

bbkk reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or platform notifications.

Continuing to use bbkk's services after a change has been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms. The date of the most recent Terms will always be shown at the top of this page.
